Four British Asian Music Awards nominations for Jay Sean

R&B singer Jay Sean has been nominated in four categories at the British Asian Music Awards. The 26-year-old was the first male British urban artist to have a number one single in the US with 2009 release Down, which featured rapper Lil' Wayne. Hounslow-born Sean is up for best male act, best urban act, best video for Down and best album for All or Nothing. The awards are the British Asian equivalent of the Brits and will take place on Thursday, 11 March.
